This is a great recipe to turn a simple breakfast meal into something more exciting to enjoy! Almost too pretty to eat!
2 slices of bread toasted (I used gluten free Ezekiel sesame bread)
Peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 sliced banana
A few raspberries (Any other berries would work as well!)
Cinnamon to sprinkle
Sliced toasted almonds & chia seeds to garnish
Spread peanut butter on both slices of toast. Top with sliced banana and raspberries. Sprinkle cinnamon and chia seeds on top.
Add sliced almonds to a pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Cook until lightly golden brown.
Add to the toast for a nice and yummy crunch!
